Apparently, the bathroom in the Minneapolis airport where Sen. Larry Craig was arrested has become a tourist attraction. An airport worker quoted in the Times says ”People have been going inside, taking pictures of the stall, taking pictures outside the bathroom door — man, it’s been crazy.”
Um, ew. But really, if this is the new thing, why stop at Minneapolis? Why not visit the Titusville, FL park where Rep. Bob Allen was arrested for soliciting a police officer? Or for a historical perspective, visit the YMCA bathroom where Walter Jenkins, then aide to Lyndon Johnson was reportedly caught in flagrante.
